The average delivery time is 24 hours working days from dispatch of the order. MONDIAL RELAY : for deliveries in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco: The contribution to the delivery costs is €5.50 including tax and FREE if the order is greater than €50.00 including tax. The customer can follow the delivery of their order using a package number that they receive by email. The package is delivered to the relay point and you are informed of its availability. 6/ Payment:

Cerra Cosmetiques products must be paid in full at the time of ordering. The products remain the property of the Cerra cosmetics company until their payment has been validated in full.

7/ Withdrawal:

In application of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of his order to withdraw and return the Product(s) without having to give a reason and without penalty, except for return costs. which remain his responsibility and at his own risk.
